It was a nice location and very clean room. But we were allocated to a room just right above the staff smoking area, meaning we had to take the smoke non-stop from 7:30am to 9:30pm. We tried to ask the staff to swap rooms but they said they were fully booked and didn’t offer any help. The two of us just kept sneezing and having runny nose for the whole stay. I think to improve they could at least ask if the guests are smokers before allocating them into a room so full of smoke.

此酒店是到策馬特旅遊不錯的選擇，近火車站到策馬特只需10-15分鐘，但房價只是當地的一半！ 房間設備新、有質素，亦可以看到雪山，床和淋浴設施都十分滿意，令人得到充分休息！ 欣賞酒店職員的服務態度，十分盡責！

good experience. They hotel is nicely located and easy access to zermatt. The hotel is clean and price isnt too expensive. They have parking but its paid parking but you can ask for discount. Overall probably my go to hotel if I visit zermatt again.

We booked a family suite. It was actually 2 separated rooms with one entrance, not connecting rooms. The hotel is very new and stylish. But you have to walk a bit from Täsch Station.

乾淨整潔，我們預訂的是家庭房，沒有什麼景色，但是感覺十分舒適，客房整體來說很滿意 早餐頗豐富，但是沒有太多肉類，沒有薯餅較失色 餐廳有蒼蠅，算是扣分點 而且我們想在餐廳吃晚飯，侍應好像很不開心的樣子，不招待我們，只招待外國客人，有點奇怪 Clean and tidy. We booked a family room. There was no view, but it was very comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with the room. The breakfast was quite rich, but there was not much meat, and the lack of hash browns made it look dull. There were flies in the restaurant, which was a deduction. And we wanted to have dinner in the restaurant, but the waiter seemed unhappy. They didn't serve us, but only foreign guests, which was a bit strange.
